Speaking as a landlord with a number of properties in Wisbech, I have always found Valiant Lettings to be very professional and efficient. Magda, the proprietor, offers an excellent service and her fees are competitively priced. I have been using Magda's letting agency for 9 years now. She is industrious and very conscientious and I know she works hard to find just the right tenant for each of my properties. She has very much reduced the void periods that occur in-between tenancies; a cross that all landlords have to bear. Sometimes she has been able to re-let an empty property for me within just a few days, and over the years she has also provided me with some excellent tenants who turned into very, very long lets indeed! I have several good tenants in my properties, whom she found for me, who have been with me now for five years and more! Recently she has ventured into estate Agency as well, and here to her professionalism has put money in my pocket! I discovered Valiant Lettings when Magda first launched her business shortly before the Credit went ‘Crunch!' The timing could not have been more unfortunate and I remember remarking to her at the time that if she could survive ‘the next couple of years' she would no doubt flourish when the market finally improved. Well she has not only survived but excelled and I am not in the least bit surprised really because she offers a quality service! I wish her every success for many years to come. Joshua Adams
