Poor communication. A* never picked up the phone, so communication was too slow, she used to forward the seller email to us, she didn't bother to ring us to try to sort things out, very unprofessional. We should have picked up seller email (from her forwarded emails!) and made negotiations by our self, probably cheaper to the seller too! After 2-3 months we could never came to an end, I think she was not helpful either to us or the seller, not sure she really care at all. Probably too many account that couldn't care to one more.
Would not recommend her at all. So if you go to Meller get a better state agent.
