Disgusting treatment of tenants at the end of tenancy with theft of items from offices still being paid for.
Deposits not returned at end of tenancy as per the agreement.

Hi Max, I'm sorry you and your Co tenant feel we have not given good service during your tenancy. I would like to address your points noted. While I understand that there were some maintenance issues I believe any reported to us were resolved. The property you were staying in is HMO registered, and has successfully completed HMO Renewal. It certainly did not fail, or has ever failed the HMO application, you can directly contact Glasgow City Council HMO department and they can confirm this infor ...
