William Nelhams & Co was a pleasure to work with.
I've had terrible experiences with other estate agents in the past and have never felt compelled to write a positive review for any of them before.
So I was bracing myself for the worst, thankfully I was wrong to be so apprehensive. I viewed around 4 properties with David, he was always on time, upbeat, patient and knew his stuff about each property we visited. He would look in to any additional questions I had and get back to me promptly.
He helped guide me through the purchase and translated a lot of the Solicitors jargon for me. Although obviously he was working for the seller and had their best interests at heart I never felt he was pushing me or acting underhand in anyway which really gave me the confidence to go through with the purchase.
I didn't call the office very often but the other staff I spoke to were also eager to help and responsive.
