Just bought my new home through Ensum Brown, and have to say they went OVER AND ABOVE what they needed to do to help me with every step, EVEN after completion Paul was still contacting the seller to ask my random questions about water meters and car parking! Can't fault them at all.

This was in stark contrast to one of the other Ware (and Hertford) 'leading' estate agents, who I almost went through - she tried her best to HIDE the emersion tank by leaning a load of furniture against the door, when I enquired whether there was a boiler anywhere she said I think its in the cupboard outside and preceded to make out none of the keys fitted it.
On second viewing I asked the (VERY young) man/boy to try opening it, and voila, opened NO problem (with NO boiler!). Avoid if you know who they are!

I would without doubt use Ensum Brown to sell my property when the time comes, they were totally honest all the way through, for which I am eternally grateful. Restored my faith in estate agents!

No issue with the fees, it was only a small (low price) property, so their percentage would have been quite low, but Paul did everything he could to help.
