My experiences as a landlord with Beacon Lee and Ward as my agents over 17 years have been superb. They are excellent at finding lovely and responsible people to rent my proerty, they look after both my and the tenants interests with absolute integrity, professionalism, friendliness and are on hand to deal with any problems immediately. They have a brilliant network of people to deal with maintenance issues quickly and at reasonable prices. I feel completely assured that both my property and my tenants are in the safest hands possible and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jonathan, in particular, is absolutely charming, understanding, kind and highly professional and has a great team helping him. Thank you so much for doing your jobs so brilliantly!

Our story is similar.
I wish I would have checked the reviews before to rent.
Whoever reads this,avoid Beacon Lee in Wellington Somerset.I don't know how they operate in other areas,but here they will rip you off to please some landlords without common sense who want to renovate their houses with the money from the tenants.Discusting! ...
