Very bad experience with this company. Lots of pressure to sign up, false promises when we noticed damp. Faced with a shocking combo of damp and filth, and other major safety issues on the moving in day. They totally denied any responsibility for the property so important to know if they manage or market the property you are interested in. Either way, do not touch them with a barge pole.
