I live overseas and use iLet to manage my property. Their online account system is perfect for me to keep tabs on everything 24/7. I log onto my "online banking" style account and can see all my inspection photos, invoices and receipts and a full breakdown of my accounts. Its a perfect way to minimise my paper trail and the risk of important documents getting lost. They don't charge me VAT and also helped me with sorting out my tax return with the Non Resident Landlord Scheme Highly recommended.
