We were renewing a let and Riverhomes throughout have been very efficient, good humoured and helpful: they know us well. Although announced at Christmas, they successfully found an ideal tenant who moved in by mid January, despite a two week holiday closure! Great efficiency, and it helps to be able to pop by with paperwork, or clarify in person. I have recommended them several times and have no hesitation in continuing to do so.
