I wouldn't use FPE Management if all my property depended on it. Their knowledge of the field is embarrassing. They have been extremely unhelpful in every respect e.g. Getting back to me, making sure work is being done on properties, keeping me updated, the list goes on and on and on. If you value your business and your tenants/prospective tenants, I would steer clear of these unprofessional ametuers. Hopefully they cannot last much longer in this market delivering nothing but disappointment!

Absolutely terrible. Their service has been so bad you would think they would be paying their clients, not the other way round!

It is a shame that you did not come to us to resolve any issues you have. These review pages can be used for anyone and it seems that no vetting is made. We always will address any issues and have a complaints proceedure as we take customer service very seriously. Of course some people will never be happy no matter how many responces they get!

Thank you for your review unfortunately we didn't get the chance to respond to your concerns and I hope you are happy with your new agent. The lease dictates whether or not a reserve fund can be collected however sometimes this is not taken into account which will cause problems if you have to collect a debt via a solicitor. ...

If you value your sanity, don't use FPE. Truly a terrible, disorganised service with a terrible attitude towards Customer Service, who couldn't manage a 'piss up in a brewery' as the saying goes, let alone manage a property....
