Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on AllAgents. However, I notice that on 2nd Feb, you got a reply from my colleague, saying:
Hi Cesare
Looking over the notes I can see that my colleague Emma-Leigh is the person who has been communicating with you about your deposit return.
We are still yet to receive confirmation that your bills and council tax was dealt with for the duration of your tenancy.
I have just spoken to the Ops Manager and she has confirmed that we can process with your deposit return, on the basis that you provide your new forwarding address so if we do have any bills for this period we can direct them to yourself. I would be grateful if you could send a copy of a recent bill to confirm your address as well please.
Once you have sent this across, we will process your deposit return.
