I have switched to using Carsons & Co as my letting agent as they were the most competitive in the market. I am very pleased with the high level of service I have received from both James and Richard at Carsons & Co. They were quick to respond to any queries and issues. One thing which was unique to Carsons & Co was their ability to cater to my bespoke terms of business such as supplying my own tenancy agreement etc. This was a refreshing change from various other estate agents. James and Richard really shone when my tenant had to end her tenancy early do to unforeseen circumstances. James and Richard negotiated terms on my behalf and found me a new tenant and made sure I was not left out of pocket. This is the level of service you can expect from Carsons & Co and I would recommend them to anyone.
