Be careful
And avoid this company , once you sign the contract you are on your own , rude staff uncompetent, hanging phones up, full of lies , never respond, and never do anything for you when you asked them we had boiler failure gas leakage in winter with a small child we had to suffer all night in called in danger they was supposed to contact landlord which they never did as we contacted them after 15 mins to confirm if they have said anything to the landlord about it and landlord never herd about this situation as well as the house is full of rodents , and they dont care about it they always say the same thing over a year now and no actions so be careful you have been warned !
