I was a tenant with Gaskills from 2013-2015. The application procedure was flawless and professional. My property was regularly inspected, any maintenance jobs required were hastily undertaken, emails were answered within hours and there was always someone available to answer any questions on the phone. The team were friendly and professional, and I always felt genuinely looked after as a tenant. The contractors were always highly competent and efficient eg. calling to arrange appointments to visit my home. I couldn't fault any member of the team, Hollie has always been friendly and helpful whenever I needed her help. I Couldn't recommend Gaskills any more highly.

I have just come across your review dated May 28th 2013, and I want to say I am very sorry your experience when you called the office to complain about a tenant was not a good one.
This is not what we would have wanted anyone to experience.
I cannot recall any complaint regarding tenant behaviour of this nature, or any property that was let out to a tenant with three bull mastiffs, we didn't have many with any dogs in occupation as it wasn't something our landlords were generally c ...
