I had a terrible experience with this agency while looking for a house on rent. The people are completely unfriendly. Forget about unfriendly (this word is too small for their behavior), they even disconnect the phones in middle of the conversation when they think the customer is not getting convinced or the conversation is not going their way. I would term my dealing with them as pathetic and I would recommend you to keep away from such agents who are so uncaring about their customers. All this only happens when you have made their payment in full and they normally ask for payments in advance.
What agent could do to change your mind?
This agent need to change his attitude towards customers.
