The most horrible experience one could have with an agency! I went through an absolute misery by using Knight Frank. Right from the start, the landlord erected a major scaffolding six days after I moved in and Knight Frank absolutely did nothing about it. I was physically forced out of my property because workers were drilling and making noise from 8 am to 6pm even on Saturdays! The property manager who was responsible for my apartment absolutely ignored all the email, calls and I had to email six to seven times and follow up with phone calls and escalate it to the partners in order to be heard. After I moved out, the landlord sent me the copy of his bills and made me responsible for the damages that were in the house (a nail in the middle of the door frame!) and charged me almost 300 pounds and again Knight Frank took its time and I had to re-send the emails of bill clearance and etc. almost five to six times. Overall, had an absolutely horrible experience with the Knight Frank and the house and never got compensated for anything. I have all the emails and communication that I had with the agent (Emma Kerwin) and they are so long and devastating that can not send here.
