In a tricky housing market we felt that the information we were given initially to help us decide the sale price was very sound.

Over time though as the market fluctated, we did not feel as though we were consistently given the most up to date advice. The Manager of the Bath Branch writes articles for the Bath Life magazine and we were reading suggestions in the magazine about what we should be doing to get our apartment sold. It was frustrating that this advice was not passed onto us before reading an article!

Both Ben initially and laterly Sharon worked hard to secure a sale and in fact between them i think we agreed the sale 3 times before finally exchanging and completing. It was frustrating to take the apartment off the market only for the sale to be cancelled by the prospective purchaser. In each case however, Ben and Sharon were able to quickly line up other interested parties and we recently completed the sale process.

I would say that The Aprtment Company met our expectations. Communication was generally good but we would have liked more phone calls. They use a very simple text notification service to let you know of upcoming viewings which was great but it's not very personal. It would have ben great if they had phoned once a week with an update.

It's always a frustrating process so in writing this review it is quite hard to be objective about it!
