I've used Mayhews twice now to sell properties and its always been pleasant and effective experience. There is no pushing to accept under par offers just to get a sale, getting the property to market after valuation was quick and easy and their selling portal was good to have, especially to quickly check progress while at work. I would Recommend both Tom and Aidan as well as Mayhews to anyone i knew that was thinking of selling in the area. It feels like they're a traditional high street agent, but with technology at their disposal and a modern approach.

Agent's fee's were reasonable, and no additional costs were involved such as taking pictures, drawing floor plans etc.. Good Value.
