I have sold four properties in the past 14 years and each sale was handled by Helmores. I think the fact that I returned to Helmores evry time speaks for itself. I don't believe you would find a better agency in the area. Helmores are always professional, very helpful and always give clear and honest advice.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
