Please do not let a property with this agency! I let a flat through him and we had nothing but trouble. The payments we're often late, inspections weren't carried out, repairs for our tenants remained unattended and unfixed until they became major problems. Stuart is never available and his staff cover for him every time. Staff members deny conversations take place, don't reply to emails and ignore calls. The service is extremely poor and that's me being as polite as possible in an online forum. I lost tenancies after the first period because they couldn't put up with problems that I managed to fix very quickly on my own.

They tried all means by giving nonsense excuses to deduct your deposits. They simply conducted the inspection and then used any nonsense excuses to deduct your deposits in the final inspections and blamed the pre-existing defects to you! I should have read the review! Ignored ...

Although we fully appreciate that this is an unfortunate scenario and the last thing we want to do is to waste anyone's time every viewer is asked to confirm their viewing on the day of the viewing to ensure that the property is in fact still available and to also ensure that the viewer has not changed their mind. Sadly on this occasion neither the gentleman concerned nor his mother confirmed we therefore assumed that the viewer had changed his mind as this happens frequently. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
I feel the only way this dreadful man could improve his outlook on life and how to treat others is by taking a course in Customer Care and a short course in anger management. But I very much doubt he would agree with me!

I am the owner of The Letting Centre Scotland and I am frankly astounded by this comment. I have owned this company for over 20 years and have slowly built it up with hard work and integrity in everything we do here. I genuinely have no idea who it is that has has made these grossly inaccurate comments but suffice to say if I conducted myself in such an appalling manor it is highly unlikely that my company would still be in business. I would further like to make clear that it makes no difference ...

I feel the need to reply to this review. The Letting Centre will only consider retaining a tenants deposit if there is a very good reason and with this tenant there was very good reason. Daniel our property inspector was frankly appalled at the condition he found the property at 92 Calder St. The property was filthy. so much so that the fridge had to be replaced as it simply could not be cleaned to a usable condition. The owner of the property spent days trying to bring the property back to its o ...
