We have been trying to buy a house since september from them but were not told the property was not for sale until 4 months later, when we smelt a rat and managed to ring the vendors directly. The lies were extrodianry ranging from "they know your waiting and when they find somewhere the house is yours" to "no, we are not marketing to anyone when we have a buyer", "they know your waiting" [when the house was not even for sale]. Shisters, avoid

Dreadful, failed to ensure that the property details they used signed off by us, there was actually an error on the details and we are waiting to see what the buyers will do....

We are not aware of this complaint and have had no complaints about any property misdescriptions. The management and staff of the branch have changed since 2010 and have recently won a prestigious award at the Estate Agency of The Year Awards for outstanding customer service 2012. If this person has a genuine complaint we would be graetful if the client could contact us and we will be happy to investigate. ...
