For some reason when I phoned this company to try and arrange a viewing of a property in Portland Crescent, Stanmore (Seller beware!) the male agent (didn't get as far as a name unfortunately) decided to take umbridge at me asking if my phone number would be passed to other companies for marketing. I always do this as everyone should. It is something you have to opt out of if they are going to share the number with removal companies or solicitors or whatever. Anyway, after a minute of being derided and insulted for thinking an estate agent would do such a thing I had to hang up. I feel very sorry for any customer of this company. They seem to be aggressively taking over the market in the area with fairly ambitious pricing which seems to very often end up reduced a few months later. I will not be buying through them.
