I completely agree with Jennys comments. They were awful. They do not phone you at any point to tell you the progress of your application, you are constantly phoning them. I finally had confirmation of my agreement three days before I was due to move in. They also tried to do everything on the same day and are a nightmare if you don't want to start your tenancy there and then (despite them only informing you that day).

Oh and the estate agents you put in your application to, may not be the one dealing with your rental, all that gets passed over!

Avoid if you can!
