Female staff put the wrong price on a brochure given by hand at the only accompanied viewing. When It had been advertised at the correct price. So prospective sale was lost. I gave 28day notice to end the contract on 30/12/16, when I came back on 22/1/16 the property was still on the internet and the for sale sign still up. Which took till 2/1/17 incompetent is my excuse
