Standard rates, but the good service is the reason I remain with Comfort Lettings in a market that is increasingly full of agents keen for business.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time. Anyone we have contacted with in Comfort lettings has been very energetic and responsible, we appreciate all their efforts and time on our property.
