The worse agency I have ever used to rent with very unprofessional. Very unprofessional agency run by the owner whom dosent follow any normal standard of procedures, very cowboy ethics. High Check out fees in small print, although not told in person. Rude emails, using there own cowboy handymen or even her friends to complete work that need professional serviceman. Have no body regulating them. Dosent answer emergency line or on email yet will email if it something she needs. Do not use I was told and went ahead anyway as liked properly but was told and wish I'd listened. Awful appalling agency that needs shutting down. Also Facebook that has "reviews" are also just her friends real reviews from unhappy customers are deleted.

We are very surprised to receive this review.
We have no Tenants called Annabelle on our books and the only properties priced at £1200pcm have all long term tenants in situ. As a small company we thrive on the fact that we know all of our Landlords and Tenants personally therefore we would appreciate if you could advise us of the property address so we can look into this matter in more detail.
The Director of the Company and myself have over 20 years combined experience in the property industry. I also have qualifications from ARLA and NFOPP.
We are a member of The Property Ombudsman who regulate all agents to ensure that we all follow the same code of conduct.
Our check out fee is £60.00 and this is clearly stated in the Tenancy Agreement, online and in our office. All Tenants are again made aware of this fee when they decide to vacate. We do not hide any fees from our clients.
All of our contractors are fully qualified and insured. We do have an emergency contact number and we do advise all of our Tenants if their call is not answered then please leave a message and we will call back. We can not recall any emergency calls that were not dealt with.
We assure you that all of our testimonials mentioned on our website and social media are from Tenants, Landlords, Buyers and Sellers. We are very proud of our testimonials as we work very hard to achieve this.
Therefore this review contains incorrect information and does not reflect our company or service in any way.
