Having 'moved up the ladder' quite quickly from rented flat, to bought flat, to first house and on again, we had experience of a range of agents, and the majority was not positive.
We were lucky to find Michael Everett and particularly, Alan and Dee. Even more so as we were not in their immediate area. Despite this, we felt Alan did a thoroughly professional job in researching the area and helping us set a realistic asking price. Further, Alan's photography skills were amazing - we almost forgot how nice our house could look until we saw the photos online and in copy.
Dee handled the majority of the 'nitty-gritty' and day-to-day work for the sale. This was quite challenging we were locked in a lengthy purchase that ultimately fell apart through no fault of our own. Throughout this difficult period, Dee did amazing work to keep the chain together and assuage our buyers.
We really cannot speak highly enough about Dee. Her good humour, calming aura and years of experience helped us through what turned out to be an epic process. I'd often find myself calling her with my latest anxiety (about our purchase) only to to find place of zen having spoken to Dee for ten minutes!
This experience really drove home that selling (and buying) a house is about relationships. Alan and Dee have the ability to build and maintain these relationships with you and other people in the chain, never forgetting the end goal but equally never forgetting that people and their lives are involved.
A complete recommendation from me, and without hesitation.
