Lynne (owner of melville letting agent)is a cunning agent who always cheat tenant with their deposit and refuse to return the deposit amount .She will talk sweet but if the tenant is from outside the country then she target them as they would not be able to file case against her once the tenant returns back to their home country. She did with me when i stayed in upper craigs stirling from 2014 till 2016 october and did the same to one of my indian friend as well. She will give reasons of why she will not return the deposit like cleaning and bathroom fixing expenses etc . which i never experienced from other letting agent. She did not even share the DAN number with us which is a deposit account number for tenant . Never rent a room from her and melville letting agent. Always avoid melville(Lynne).

Really bad and return of deposit is the major issue with Mrs.Melville. Avoid her at all cost.

BUYER BEWARE !
My strong advice is to avoid dealing with Melville's and Mrs Melville in particular, at all costs!
