An excellent service from start to finish. One of the most personable and professional Estate Agents that I have dealt with. We did not have a simple transaction and it took us six days to exchange contracts but Darren's efforts were so valuable and essential to getting the sale to go through. I cannot recommend Billingham Martin enough whether you are looking to buy or sell.

An extremely friendly and professional company to deal with. Provided honest and realistic advice with the housing market. Sold our house within a couple of weeks for the asking price. Kept us informed at all times and always quick to return calls.
