Although Adam met us and treated us respectfully, it wasn't the property that was advertised and they hadn't explained this. So we completely wasted our time. They'd done the same thing to another couple who left immediately.
What agent could do to change your mind?
All they needed to do was to be honest.

Dear 'T80'. I am very sorry to hear that your time was wasted on a recent viewing with us. After looking into this matter it seems that the confusion resulted from the fact that we had two different one-bedroom property on the same road at a similar price, and unfortunately your booking was scheduled for the other property. I am glad that you found Adam to be respectful and we would hope to have the opportunity to take you out on further viewings in order to provide you with a more positive experience.
