I moved out last September 2016, still NOT ONE WORD on my deposit return. Twice the accounts department(Adele) called asking for money when the error is coming from their end. Those two calls were a month apart. A MONTH. So even in a month they didn't even sort it out internally. Oh should mention, in the second phone call, she didn't even remember she made the same god-damn-practised-lines call a month before. A Sharon had the audacity to blame me for not letting them when I move out from their crappy property when they have all the details. Plus, the agent company, Wolf's did informed them. For months, I was dealing with a Charlotte Rhodes. When I was blamed by that Sharon, suddenly she said You're not suppose to deal with Charlotte anyway so I don't know why you are calling her. REALLY? After 6 months tenancy, that Sharon said I got the wrong lady and she did not even direct me to the right person. In that same phone call (on 30th September 2016), she said the process is they have to go check the property, make a report, and I will hear back in 10 days. THE DATE IS NOW 5TH JANUARY 2017!!!!!!!! I MOVED OUT 16TH SEPTEMBER. Kika Kadis was the one who gave me all my deposit information. Almost every month from then I forward her the same email I typed to her. NOT ONE REPLY. It seems that when you call, they take your details and mention that they will get the right person to return the call. LIES! So you'd think maybe they do their work through email. Also NO!! I have no idea how to get through them anymore. Almost a thousand pounds they owe me!!! I bet that means nothing to their workers but to some, it freaking does! Have some respect! I can't show respect anymore because I also found out, in dealing with this company, being nice DOES NOT HELP. It is not appreciated and it means freaking NOTHING because at the end of the day, the work is still not done.
