I took a mortgage through Sarah Morgan I found her via the Ryder and Dutton Middleton branch , at the time I did not have a house in mind but wanted to no how much I could borrow and new that because of my circumstances e.g the fact I am self employed and looking to buy a property on my own and given my age new it would not be as straight forward as most and expected it would be more of a challenge for Sarah but was won over by Sarah,s confidence that I had picked the right person for the job to get things moving quickly? I was really surprised just how quickly Sarah did get things moving so much so I think it all happened around two weeks from Sarah submitting my application after she got my mortgage promise I quickly found a house I wanted and have mortgage in place and have now instructed my solicitor to get things moving with the vendor, I cant thank Sarah enough I am very impressed and will be calling upon her services again soon and recommending her to anyone I meet wanting a mortgage or financial advice ? thank you so much Sarah , kindest regards Phil Staples
