I don't know where to start, KFH have been nothing but defensive to get anything repaired since day one. We waited 6 months to have the damp wall repaired.
They blamed the client being in the US for poor response time. Annette Cummings is awful and doesn't come back to emails - she was out property manager. Sana Uddin is aggressive manager, who doesn't listen to your points. Everyone is the lettings office, once they have taken your money completely wash their hands of knowing you.
All I can say is the sooner KFH are out of business, the very SLIGHTLY better the property agent market will be!
