Just had a very unhelpful telephone conversation with a female staff, who curtly informed me that the property I inquired via email (no reply to the email) has been sold. No explanation as to why the property is still on the market and she did not ask if she could have my information for future recommendation.

In fact, the conversation goes like this:
"Hello, I would like to inquire about a property in ..."
"Ok, how much?"
"It's been sold."
(interrupt) "Ok? Bye."
