I came across Primove Lettings, when considering whether to appoint an agent or manage my property myself. I felt I could do the job, but didn't really want to assume the legal responsibility of vetting and contracting tenants correctly.
The Primove service stood out as the fees were considerably lower than quotes received from high-street agents and after appointing the team, I was very pleased that tenants were found very quickly and the service received was excellent at all stages.
I felt it was appropriate to write this review to recommend this service to other landlords as the stress-free and cost effective peace of mind was extremely beneficial to me.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
