Unprofessional and irresponsive.Please do not use Chase Evans because you will loose your deposit and more money,they have a plan from the begginning not to return whatever amount of deposit you have with them.Please stay away from them if you can.I regretted not searching about them before using their services.I rented a two bed house from Chase Evans,moving into the the property was a bit of a nightmare,we agreed for certain work to be carried out,they promised it was going to be done before we moved in but it wasn't ,they later said it was going to be done a day after our moving in but all efforts to get them to get the work done proved abortive.The manager Montegomery (Monty) lied to us knowing fully well, what he was going to do,the work was not carried out through the period of the tenancy.The house was partly cleaned while we moved and there was nothing to show that it has been professionally cleaned.The carpet was dirty with stains all over,this was part of the the thing they lied it was going to be changed.They refused to send a copy of the inventory to me,it was after so many calls to them that i got it emailed to me about two months after.
I have moved out of the property but Chase Evans has refused to release my deposits now for over a month,they have ptoduced a check out report to make sure I did not get my deposit back.I am on the verge of using legal process to make sure I get all my full deposit back from chase Evans.
