Very poor service overall. Selling my house with Connells. Initial photos were poor. No wide angle lens used. Wrong photos put into website. Second set of photos requested, slow to organise. Poor advice given. Will not release from contract. Would not recommend this branch....

Rude, repeatedly pushing mortgage on us even though already had one in place. For ever having to chase. Priced marked up too high. No customer care unless you use them for mortgage and conveyencing. Put us off buying from them. Would not recommend....

What agent could do to change your mind?
They need to check vendors situation at the start of the process, not expect the buyer to find it all out after forking out a lot of money and time.
