I bought my flat in South Bermondsey in 1996 and have had the pleasure of dealing with Solitaire ever since. Like so many other comments on this site, the quality of their service declines as their bills increase. The service has deteriorated hugely in the last few years with staff turnover increasing (not that it was ever great!). Now they have implemented a centralised Customer Service system so you can't even get access to your Property Manager by phone or email! A week after advising them we have a leak which is seeping into the brickwork, my email hadn't yet been forwarded to our asst Property Manager. Clearly such a leak isn't deemed to be urgent enough. They are truly dreadful
