HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
would not recommend, I was harassed for reference letters when i had already given them sufficient information.
Would not listen or help with problems just talk over you.
When we first went to moved into the property Erica gave us the incorrect information and we were stood up.
Then it was up to us to chase them and find out where to go.
Staff over all were rude, would not listen and made out like i was the one making the problem for there incompetence

Avoid, it's just everything about them.
Just got back recently my Bond, it was short of £70 and no explanation!
I had to ask why?
So they came up with cleaning fee and check out fee!
By law you can't use Bond money for this issue.
