Iain knew the market and area well, he had obviously done his homework before attending our house. His proposed rental value was as realistic and as we expected. The fees were very competitive, so much so I thought that there must be some sort of catch or hidden fees, there weren't! It wasn't too long before we had a tenant in the house. They are a lovely couple, we are really happy with. Great service!
