Iain Christie provided very helpful advice just over a year ago as I took steps towards acquiring a new-build flat which then became my first buy-to-let property, managed by Bradley's. When my tenants left after the initial six months, Kathy Murphy too was helpful and professional, keeping me in touch during the process of finding and confirming my second tenant. I have also been impressed with Bradley's central team, who ensure that the monthly statement and payment always (thus far!) arrive on time.
