Both Jaqueline and Beth have been very nice in solving our immediate problems. Beth was our key contact person when we initially let the property but now works in Faversham.
She was quick in responding to my emails and answering our queries.
The only issue that took a bit of a time was about the SKY TV connection. We were told that there is no SKY dish in the building and therefore we will not get any signal and that they are not allowed to install one (Really!!). This went back and forth quite a few times and finally we had to pay the engineer to switch ON the connection. And the dish was always there!!

Recently our experience with Jacqueline has been fantastic!!
