Bad, unefective, slow...
We rented a property during two years, the process was really slow, we renew the contract and we had to go to the agency to sign it a few times because they did a few mistakes, then we had to wait two months to get a copy of the contract. They wanted to charge us 60 + VAT per person and after dealing with then we agreed paying 60 in total. Now, after two year they are sending us invoices saying we did not paid the fees.
The first time they just send us the invoice by email without any explanation. Very bad customer service. Horrible dealing with them.
