Avoid Pinnacle at all costs. If I could give a 0 rating I would. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. They do not care about students and have no interest in solving problems. After our tenancy came to an end they tried to charge us £300 from our deposit for 'dust on the furniture', after we left the house in a better state than we found it in. It also took them 2 months to carry out the final inspection; the house was empty for that amount of time so no wonder dust had formed. They originally stated that the kitchen and bathrooms would need professional cleaning after they were left in a particularly bad state, however after disagreeing with the charges and arguing against them, they decided that the rooms wouldn't need extra cleaning? How can you go from saying that these rooms needed a deep clean to actually they are clean enough? We asked for photographic evidence of the 'mess' and they were only able to provide us with two photographs of the whole house. They later reduced the cost from £300 to £90, we took this further. I would never recommend this company as they are liars and will try their best to take as much money off you as possible.

I raised my dispute on the 10th Aug. I never received a reply. I followed up via email on the 19/08/19, 27/08/19, & 04/09/19. This is a clear example of how your company runs - ensure it looks good from the outside! When processing deposits we are led by landlords and do follow the TDS guidelines and give all tenants the opportunity to dispute any charges that we put forward. We would never take any money from a tenants deposit until we come to a resolution. If you are not happy with the charges and we cannot agree then we will encourage you to take the dispute to the TDS to adjudicate. Unsure if it was Kelly, but a woman we spoke to was very rude and no help at all. We were understandably getting frustrated about not receiving our deposit back after 1 whole month, and this lady decided to be sarcastic and rude to us shifting the blame to someone else.
