Whilst it was an easy process for our move in, I personally felt we had to make more effort than was necessary. We had to print off our own tenancy agreement, which then was pointed out had the wrong date on.
Overall though I wasn't too phased by it, but considering the fee's we had to pay are a lot more than other letting agents, we were a bit annoyed it wasn't a greater more professional service.
