Where do we start with the review, from the first meeting to the very end, priory have done nothing but excel our expectations.

After having a nightmare with another estate agent, we didn't know what to expect but after having Paula and the team recommended to us, we decided to take the chance. Best move we ever made.

We used their mortgage advisor Pat who also worked miracles and was always there when we needed advice, no matter how trivial.

Paula and Matt were absolute stars going above and beyond every step of the way. People say that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do, this was certainly the case but Matt and Paula were there to help whenever we needed it.

Priory have kept us up to date at every stage, even chasing up other estate agents and solicitors to ensure things ran smoothly. Matt was our main point of contact, although we may have given him a few grey hairs, he was our guardian angel on this one.

Within a few days of going on the market, the house was sold. If we move again, the first call will be to Priory.

If anyone has any doubt as to which estate agent to use, Priory should be your first call, whoever we spoke to at the office always made us feel like number one.

We can't recommend Paula, Matt, Pat and the team highly enough.
Comment on agent fees
We made the mistake of going with one of the cheapest estate agents first, big mistake. Priory are worth their weight in gold and every penny well spent. Fees are excellent for the service they provide.
