I experienced an excellent service from Hilbery Chaplin when selling my late father's house. The staff were at all times courteous & professional and, given the circumstances, appropriately sensitive to the situation.
As I live abroad, all viewings had to be carried out by the agent and yet I was kept fully informed and provided with detailed feedback after every viewing.
Overall, Hilbery Chaplin, and Dan Hammond in particular, went 'above and beyond' in terms of the service provided to me and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
