Highly professional and friendly management of the sale of our property. Bradleys carried out viewings on our behalf, always keeping us informed of the invaluable viewers feedback. Any queries on our part, no matter how small, were dealt with efficiently and promptly. With the excellent overall management by Mike Dibble the team delivered a first rate service.
Comment on agent fees
Fees were slightly higher compared with one other local agent we contacted, but the additional cost was reflected in the wide network and out of hours support, which ensured the sale was managed well throughout.
