Advice for tenants of properties managed by this company:
Email responses:
If a yes/no response - expect at least 2 days and to have to chase them up with a phone call.
If for a more detailed response with issues - expect to have to call them as they won't reply unless emailing branch manager.
If for you to make a payment - expect instant response.
Requesting repairs or replacements:
Getting a contractor - expect to have to chase contractors yourself and no matter what the issue, will take a long time.
Replacements being delivered - They will give you a days notice of delivery dates and times, meaning if you work, you'll have to find someone else to receive the delivery.
When first moving into the property:
Appliances - Don't expect them to have been checked to see if they work.
Security - Don't expect any of the potential entrances to the property to have been checked.
Property in general - Nothing will have been checked above the standard of someone with below average intelligence walking around with a camera.
Lived in the property for less than a month and have had nothing but trouble, 2 of those weeks where we couldn't actually cook or keep valuables / feel safe in the property, but still obviously having to pay for that time. I hope their service will improve in time, but at the moment, not happy.
Leaders in incompetence and poor service, not property management.
Even with numerous complaints to branch manager about communication, no improvements have been made, with added issues on top of the ones listed
Comment on agent fees
Terrible. For service provided I'd be expecting to be paid by them for having to endure their incompetence.
