There was poor transition after Kevin left and other staff took over in dealing with ongoing repairs. I was left with work not being supervised and consequently not carried out according to what I wanted. This was work costing over £2,000. The contractors used for some of the work are poor. I would not recommend you let Oakfield organise any plumbing work. Their contractor installed the cheapest, poorest quality equipment on the market that led to no-end of problems with noise and vibrations.
Oakfield assumed that work had been done and didn't actually check that it had been done. There appears to be no record keeping for jobs under contractors.
The company doing check-out inventory was poor and missed several defects some of which the tenant had caused including an unreported gas leak.
I reported a non-working kitchen extractor cooker hood and the electrician replaced a perfectly good working bathroom extractor without even querying that it was working!
